Time Out Tuesday 2026
Time Out Tuesday is FGV Smart Start’s annual fundraiser supporting programs and services for children ages 0 to 5 and the early childhood professionals who serve them in Franklin, Granville, and Vance counties.
Each event highlights a local child care facility and helps raise funds that benefit families, support educators, and strengthen early childhood services in our communities.

FGV Smart Starters Pre K and K Readiness Sessions
Join FGV Smart Start for Smart Starters Pre-K and Kindergarten Readiness Sessions for children ages 3 to 5. These free sessions will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on February 25, March 25, and May 22 2026 at the FGV Smart Start Office, 125 Charles Rollins Road in Henderson. Each session includes developmentally appropriate activities to help prepare children for Pre-K and kindergarten, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Sessions will be facilitated by Ms. Amy Oakes and Ms. Kendra Davis.
