Outreach Specialists provide technical assistance to Child Care Centers through observation, modeling, and feedback.

• Provide technical assistance through coaching and/or mentoring to Early Childcare Providers in county assigned.
• Provide assistance and resources for expanding childcare services and supporting efforts to recruit new Early Childcare Program, including school age care.
• Provide resources from our Lending Library to enhance and improve on materials that are in Early Childcare Classrooms/Programs.
• Provide necessary training to our Early Childcare Providers either through the CCR&R Training Calendar or at various sites, to include Early Childcare Programs
