Child Care Resource & Referral program is designed to improve the quality and availability of childcare services by providing technical assistance to childcare providers and referrals to childcare for parents. 

Training Rules for FGV CCR&R; Smart Start

In order to register for any trainings you must submit the registration form at least 3 days prior to the training including:

1. Name
2. Program Name
3. Personal Phone Number
4. E-mail address

Registration Form and Payment for trainings can be submitted in two ways:

a. Check/money order paid to FGV Smart Start sent along with your registration form to the following address:

After the Training Has Been Completed Steps:

**Due to increase cost for supplies we will cut down on printing certificates.

1. Evaluations will be sent via e-mail (please make sure that your email address is legible and correct).
2. Once I have received your evaluation, you will be sent your certificate (Please complete only one evaluation)
3. You have 1 week to complete your evaluation or you will NOT receive your certificate.
